Many of us like to listen to music on our iPhones while taking a shower. However, the steam in the shower can seep into phones and cause long term damage. Since steam is basically water, showing with the phone in the bathroom is like dipping your phone in a bucket of water. What’s more is that the damage caused by steam may not be immediate. It often takes weeks or months before the iPhone or Samsung fails and this often happens at the most inconvenient moment. We advise our customers to not take phones into the bathroom while you’re taking a bath or shower. If your phone has already been damaged by water or moisture, bring it to a repair shop ASAP so that we can address the issues.
